Dampen sponge under warm running water, add a few drops of your favorite Nourish + Soul liquid hand + body soap, or rub over your bar soap.
Scrunch sponge to activate a soapy lather.
Cleanse your body as usual.
Once done, rinse clean, removing any soap residue + allow to air dry.
While sea sponges are filled with natural enzymes that inhibit the growth of mold, mildew + bacteria, we suggest following the care tips below to extend the life of your sponge.

It is advisable to clean natural sponges regularly, usually every 2-3 weeks if used daily.
Rinse sponge under cold water.
Soak sponge in a small bowl filled with two tablespoons of vinegar to each liter (about 33 oz.) of water. Leave to soak for 2 hours.
Remove from the bowl + squeeze to remove excess liquid.
Set out to dry on a clean + dry surface, such as the side of the bathtub or bathroom sink.
Once dry, your sponge is ready to use again.
