PRODUCTS & INGREDIENTS
VEGAN/VEGAN FRIENDLY PRODUCTS: Product formulations do not contain animal ingredients or animal by-products. This includes ingredients such as but not limited to gelatin, lanolin, honey, or beeswax.
ORGANIC/CERTIFIED ORGANIC PRODUCTS: Products are made from ingredients grown and processed without chemical fertilizers, growth hormones, GMOs, or synthetic pesticides.
Products are labeled organic when their ingredients are 95-99% organic. The remaining 5% of the ingredient makeup must still be on the USDA’s approved ingredients list.
Products are labeled mostly organic when at least 70% of their ingredients are organic. The remaining 30% of the ingredient makeup must still be on the USDA’s approved ingredients list.
SYNTHETIC COLORANTS: All products are colored with colorants from all natural sources such as plants, clays, or herbs.
SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES: All products are scented with 100% natural essential oils/blends OR with phthalate free fragrance oils/blends that are free of synthetic ingredients and derived solely from natural/botanical sources.
PRESERVATIVES A broad-spectrum preservative is REQUIRED for any product containing water to prevent microbial growths like mold, bacteria, and yeast. For products requiring a preservative, only those approved for use in body & skin care products will be used.
ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING: All Nourish + Soul products are beautifully packed in recyclable, reusable, and/or biodegradable materials and containers. If plastic materials and containers are used, they are BPA and Phthalate Free.
SHIPPING
U.S. SHIPPING: Nourish + Soul currently mails packages via UPS, FedEx, USPS First Class and Priority Mail to customers in the Continental US. As a small business, we are always looking for ways to bring value to customers. We continuously review our shipping options to ensure we are delivering the best possible customer experience without sacrificing on this value.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Join the N+S Insider list to be notified when we do.
REFUNDS: Nourish + Soul will offer a full refund on most unopened and unused product(s) returned in original condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on the following items:

Final sale items
Discounted products
Partial gift set returns
Free gifts or promotional items
Products from orders you haven’t received
STORE CREDITS: Opened, but unused products are eligible for a Nourish + Soul Store Credit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on used products.
EXCHANGES: Nourish + Soul accepts exchanges on all unused and unopened products.
IMPORTANT: If you experience an issue with your order upon arrival, contact Nourish + Soul immediately via email at Orders@shopnourishandsoul.com, so we can make it right. The email should include your name and order number. Also, include pictures if applicable and a detailed account of the issue at hand. While we try to respond as quickly as possible, please allow two business days for a response.
