+ What are the requirements for being a customer tester?
You must be a woman located in the US and be willing to sign a liability waiver, complete a customer information profile, and complete an online survey regarding your experience. The N+S Product Review Council is composed of customer testers, skincare professionals, and the N+S brand owner. The Product Review Council is a highly valuable asset to the N+S team. We value your time and your feedback because it helps us do what we love to do in the best possible way. If there is a way to improve and get better or if there is a product that just doesn’t work, then we want to know.
+ What do I get as a tester?
As a N+S tester, you will receive various N+S products free of charge for you to try and review. You will also receive an online survey to complete and guidelines regarding our expectations during the testing phase. Your position and opinion help N+S provide exceptional quality products to all of our customers.
+ Do I have to pay to be a tester?
Of course not! All customer testers receive products free of charge, and there is no charge to be on our list of approved testers.
+ How often will I test new products?
As new products are developed, you will be contacted to test them. The time frame varies based on the frequency at which we add new items to our products line.
+ How long will it take to complete the online survey after testing the product?
The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. While we want your detailed response, we know you’re busy and don’t want the process to be burdensome, so we’ve kept it as streamlined as possible.
